Sasha Stennett offers psychotherapy and therapeutic coaching to individuals, couples and groups. She works in-person and online via video conference. She supports her clients through their unique journey of emotional healing and personal growth.
She invites her clients to use their personal power for self-reflection, making sense of difficult situations and experiences,
and understanding and dissolving blocks to personal fulfillment.
Sasha's philosophy is that all people are born OK. Life and history inform and help to shape how people see themselves and the outside world. Her purpose in psychotherapy is to help her clients develop their relationship with themselves, others and the external world. She believes that relationship and co-creation fundamentally inform how people make meaning of experience.
Sasha is a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), a certified Mental Health First Aider, and a certified ASIST responder. Her client work has spanned the charity, voluntary and education sectors over the last seven years.
