Esther is a newly qualified, black female therapist based in Galway Ireland. Esther has diverse experience of how mental health affects people of different races. She has experienced African, Asian and European cultures and how this manifest in the context of mental wellbeing. One of Esther’s passions is Psychoeducation around mental health and empowering individuals and groups towards mental and emotional freedom.
Esther has had over 200 hours experience in the course of her L8 training at the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences (ICHAS) and is currently Pre-Accredited with The National Association of Professional Counsellors & Psychotherapists (NAPCP). She provides a safe, non-judgemental, and confidential space for individuals to explore, resolve issues and gain emotional freedom
