Esther is a dedicated counseling psychotherapist who uses an integrative approach, drawing on techniques from person-centered therapy, choice theory, existential therapy, pluralistic theory, family systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She provides therapeutic support to adult individuals, helping them identify and address underlying psychological and emotional issues. Esther’s goal is to guide clients beyond survival mode, empowering them to discover and connect with their actualized selves.
Esther holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Counseling and Psychotherapy from IICP College, Dublin, and is a member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). Her therapeutic practice is informed by her diverse background in social care, having worked in areas such as autism spectrum disorders (ASD), developmental mental health, children in care and their families, as well as unaccompanied minors. This experience has broadened her ability to work with a wide range of clients and issues.
Of Kenyan-African heritage, Esther brings a rich cultural perspective to her practice. Her personal experiences, coupled with her professional training, enable her to relate deeply with clients from diverse backgrounds, fostering an empathetic and inclusive therapeutic space
