My name is Stephanie Obiefuna and I am originally from Nigeria. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy from IICP College. I am a fully accredited member of IACP.

In my career, I have worked with individuals suffering from poor self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, bullying, isolation, eating disorders, body image issues, low self-esteem, trauma, ADHD, loss and bereavement, addiction, and family issues. By using an integrative approach, I offer individual counselling and psychotherapy sessions with the aim of fostering the process of transformation based on the individual client's attributes. This makes it possible to choose the most effective method to employ. Integrative psychotherapy enhances the therapeutic alliance and the state of mental health by combining ideas and methods from several therapeutic philosophies.

My experience and interest in working with adult children of dysfunctional families are considerably extensive.
My greatest satisfaction stems from assisting people in finding their inner peace, reconciling with their inner child, and becoming more at ease with their emotions. Being able to enter your story, assist you in making decisions, navigate through your high and low points, and testify your change all strengthen my devotion to the profession. The humanity of psychotherapy is usually an excellent source of inspiration. I'm honoured to be a part of your adventure!

In addition to my psychotherapy and counselling practice, one talent that defines my approach is my ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds. This is owed to my extensive knowledge of the Italian, West African, British, and Irish cultures, as well as my wide cultural knowledge gained via countless personal experiences.
