Abiola Muhammed-Ogunfowora is a qualified Counselling Psychologist. She completed a Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychology at Trinity College Dublin and attended the University College of Dublin for her Masters in Psychological Sciences and a Bachelor in Psychology. She is accredited with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI).

As a counselling psychologist, Abiola's training is grounded in a client-centered approach. For her, this means offering an empowering professional relationship by incorporating best practices as well as respecting her clients’ needs and values.
She believes that the relationship between the therapist and the client is central to the therapeutic process and focuses on the development of a meaningful therapeutic alliance.
As her client's needs are at the center of her approach, she uses an integrated approach, combining different therapeutic modalities. Her approach takes into consideration issues of diversity such as race, gender, disability, age, religion, sexuality, etc.
Abiola has experience working with a wide range of mental health difficulties, this includes anxiety, depression, loss, trauma, and self-esteem issues. She works primarily with adolescents, adults, and couples.
She values individual differences, honesty, integrity, and the importance of finding your own path. She strongly believes people can be empowered to find their own answers.
