Daisy Horan is originally from Botswana and have been living here in Dublin for over 12 years. She is a mother of two sons and a grandparent.
Daisy's background is in Humanities, where she holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from ICHAS (Irish College of Humanities & Applied Science) through Griffith College Dublin. She works collaboratively with her clients to empower them on their journey with an emphasis on validating their difficulties, to achieve change. She offers a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where, together, they explore the issues that have led them to this point in their life through building a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship with them.
Daisy helps both female and male adults (18yrs & over) who are experiencing difficulties in their lives such as anxiety, low mood/depression, bereavement & loss, relationship and more. Talk therapies can help with this.
She is a member of both the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the National Association for Professional Counselling and Psychotherapy (NAPCP). She is also a member Psychology Today and Still Point Spaces International which is the platform for her booking system and for invoicing clients too.
